Refund Policy

In the event that an applicant’s MRV Visa is refused, applicants are entitled to a refund of the Premium Service (Home Delivery) fee as purchased by Credit/Debit Card on the www.ayobaspremium.jp website only, and only in the event we do not receive the Passport or documents from the Embassy to post to you.

Within 3 (three) business days of the Visa refusal, applicants must apply here along with their reference ID number and a copy of the 214(b) letter. If the applicant does not apply for a refund within 3 (three) business days of the Visa refusal, no refund will be issued under any other circumstances.

If the refund is approved, the refund of the amount paid for home delivery will ONLY be credited to the credit card that was used to make the payment through the internet, within 15 (fifteen) working days.

Applicants who have been refused a Visa and who applied via a group appointment are also entitled to a refund of the premium delivery fee if one was paid for that individual, and only in the event we do not receive the Visa from the Embassy to post to you.

Refunds are not permitted under any other circumstances.
